Poll Results
Since May 21, 2009, we have been conducting weekly polls to get a sense of what people think about various subjects. We will periodically update the results of these polls and present them in this section.
Charette Results
Our first Charette was held on July 16. We were very excited to have more than 200 participants attend to share their vision for North Port. The second Charette was held on November 19 with more than 75 participants.

PowerPoint
The following PowerPoint presentation was utilized during the July 16 Charrette, as the basis for presenting information shared by the community to date. The first section is an overview summary of general information about North Port, and "what we've heard" from the community. The following sections were used to gain opinions from the audience about the potential content of the Plan, including major plan elements, a "Vision Statement" and preferences for various styles of future development and public amenities. The audience responses to the three sets of questions are also presented on the website.
Questionnaire
Charrette participants were given the opportunity to both voice and register their opinions about several concepts of key importance to the nature of the Vision Plan, including the vision statement, the major areas to be addressed in the Plan and their preferences of various kinds of land uses and public amenities. The following summarizes their input.

Online Survey
The first survey for the Citizen Master Plan was on the website for about 2 months and we received over 367 completed responses, in addition to the several hundred that were completed in person at the numerous community events that Vision Northport attended and participated in. The following are the tabulated results from those surveys, which provided great information about the community.
